Sub Micron Industries' speciality skills and experience in SC production is based around its high performance milling techniques. With our ISO 9001:2000 certification, and our commitment to our customers, production work is carried out to recognised standards in quality control, filling, packaging and transportation of finished goods, etc. Our standard and most common method of manufacturing and supply of finished goods is based on free issue technicals from our customers, with intermediates issued from our own stocks. However, all options are negotiable on a customer to customer, product to product basis. Our production facility is ideally suited to produce from one litre up to 5000 litre batch quantities, with filtration and filling into UN approved Agchem bottles from 35ml up to IBC’s. Insecticides, herbicides and fungicides are all processed within different areas on site, with the strictest controls for preventing cross contaminations occurring.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT We do offer research, development and formulation services to our customers, and our staff will be pleased to discuss your project with you. Inkjet and adhesive labelling, heat induction, tamper evident capping, boxing and palletising, are all part of our toll package, as well as on site product analysis with certificates of conformity.
